All our instruments are on single phase Toshiba UPS units.
Thermo specifies three phase but this is not necessary
I have a smaller unit (1100?) which runs a Delta, EA, and gas bench and a 1600 unit which runs a Delta, 251, 253, and 2 Kiels.
Both run about 30 mins when power is off.
Batteries are hot swap-able
The 1600 units are quite dear. I think I paid at least 10K for mine. The good thing is that you do not need a transformer and one can save $$ by not buying the transformer Thermo sells.

Subject: [ISOGEOCHEM] UPS recommendations?
We have two IRMS (a Thermo 253, and a Delta with a conflo and EA) in a room that is experiencing power outages on the order of a few seconds every month or more. Does anyone have recommendations for UPS systems for each instrument (or one for both) that they've purchased in the past five years (and hopefully are under $10K)?
