eBird is THE source for answers to questions like this. You don’t have to have an account. There are several routes to the same info, but here’s one: Go to the home page, choose Explore Data and then choose Bar Charts. Select the state you want. Entire Region will give you the broadest picture. Then scroll down to find the species you want and click on Map.
