Birding Essex County several days this week I was fortunate enough to find a
few birds I'd never seen in Essex before:

A Northern Mockingbird was seen in Lunenburg and a House Finch in Gilman. I
know these may not be so special in most counties of Vermont but in Essex it
was pretty exciting.

Other observations this week included, Greater & Lesser Yellowlegs, Lesser
Scaup and Northern Goshawk.
