Counted 12 Baltimore checkerspot caterpillars on the hospital grounds (CVMC in Berlin). Along the path off parking lot E. Probably more but I had to get back to pick someone up. They were on rattlebox, buttercup & a tall grass. They were in different stages one was no  bigger than a pinky nail.
