Customer Service Focus of IAAO's October Webinar

The two-hour webinar will provide attendees what customer service and public relations are and why they are needed in any office.
The session will focus on how effective customer service applies nine public relations objectives and 10 commandments of human relations. The webinar will be presented by Tim Boncoskey of the Maricopa County Assessor's Office and Kellianne Nagy of Sunbelt Rentals, Inc.
