In September, the Environmental Protection Agency sent a letter to 
various agencies indicating procedures for using Malathion to kill 
mosquitoes, which we had defeated in 1999-2000.

Dr. Robert Simon has written a blistering scientific response, and 
the No Spray Coalition will be writing another one shortly. You might 
consider doing the same!

Here is the EPA letter (attached). We'll send Dr. Simon's letter in a 
separate email.
