Ours gets bid on every so often.
Last time was canon, and included all toner, which helped to encourage using the least expensive printing method.

Subject: Copier Service Consolidation
Washington West is working towards consolidating our copier lease contracts. Currently each school has it's own lease with it's chosen service company. We would like to have all our schools covered by the same service company, and to additionally lower copier costs by leveraging bulk purchasing. What direction have other districts taken in choosing their provider? Those who had a really positive experience as well as any negative experiences are welcome. At this time we are looking at only copier solutions, not necessarily full blown print management solutions, although I would be interested in hearing some input on the justification used in moving toward a full scale print management solution as well.
One additional consideration: does anyone have a contract with an incentive to reduce overall printing?
