I have a question for anyone that works or has worked in a dedicated Neurovascular lab.  For a carotid duplex performed in a Neurovascular lab, is there any difference in protocols when compared to a regular vascular lab?  Do you follow all vessels proximally to their origin?  Do you perform carotid volume flow?  Any information would help.
