Good Morning All,
My assistant and I have been on a merry chase since last week looking for a document one of our physicians asked for. The citation below came directly from ECRI when he called them to finally get an accurate citation, but it isn't helping us find what he is looking for. In the NLM catalog we find what is apparently  a multivolume set of updateablele binders put out by ERCI called Healthcare Risk Control. It may be located in vol 3 of the binders, though what we find about them indicates 1996 rather than 2011, which is what he is looking for. OCLC isn't helping at all but I am thinking that this is likely to be a document that is in the infection control dept and not necessarily in the library.

If anyone with a fresh brain (since this is Monday) can help us find what we are looking for, I would sincerely appreciate it!
