Thanks Gary!

So many great shots this year. One of the group with a big DLSR set up properly to shoot us on a few runs and, captured some over-the head powder that is truly magazine-worthy IMHO. I'll send a link some day when he posts them. As I am only carrying a semi-pro calibre point and shoot (this year, a new Olympus Stylus 1s, which worked, frankly, way beyond my expectations as a light, portable skiing camera) , my forte is not action shots. At least not yet. I am not used to having 10 fps full-rez capture on a point and shoot like this one. Highly, highly recommended as ski camera if you can find one. Unfortunately, they were way too expensive to build at a P &S price point and have been recently discontinued with no equivalent replacement in site.

But, I still like to shoot big high-rez panoramas, and I have a few I'd like to post this year when I get around to stitching them. It's a phenomena I call "Cariboo Clouds" ...the light was just plain magical up on the mountain this year on a couple of the days
