Robins are singing along with cardinals and Carolina wrens. First phoebe
yesterday. First chipping sparrow today. Goldfinches quickly changing into
breeding plumage are still joined at the feeders by siskins and house
finches. Lots of activity among the downys, hairys, and red bellies,
nuthatches, chickadees, and titmice. What a change from just a few days ago!
