A group of about 10-12 TVs are back in Montpelier roosting in the same area off East State Street as they have for more than a dozen years. Always a delight to watch them leave in the morning and slowly come home in the twilight. I was walking on Sunday—still pretty cold—and laughed to see two of them roosting—not in the White Pines but on the edges of a chimney that was probably still warm from use! Interesting adaptive behavior.
