Ran some nets out behind the office today at the Audubon Center. A good mix of warblers...Yellowthroat, Tennessee, Nashville, Redstart, Black-throated green and blue, ovenbird and as I took the bay-breasted out of the net I was looking at the bottom of the feet. Haven't held one of those in more than 25 years. Brought me back to days with Chris, Steve, Ted, Walter, Nancy, Judy and Chip (and others...Roz?) standing around the table up on Churchill Road. I even pictured Kevin looking over my shoulder and chuckling.
