A Cape May Warbler was feeding frantically in a poplar at Taconic Mountains Ramble State Park in Hubbardton this morning. Several other warblers tried to join him, but Mr. Bossy Pants Cape May was having none of it, chasing each one off. Other warblers included Magnolia, Chestnut-sided and two Tennessee.
Elsewhere we saw/heard a Black-throated Green, two Black-and-white and an Ovenbird (one burst of song from him), Yellow-rumped Warbler and several Common Yellowthroats.
