the snowy owl that was first sighted in randolph near the vermont technical college on 11.11.17 is alive and well, and has been seen daily by either/or/and by birders, farmers, students and campus staff. she moved from the interstate to the vtc barn after one day and stayed there for over a week. she is now on campus, perching on the greenhouse building just north of the library, and has been observed here for at least four days. there are several apple trees here with drops on the ground, and campus staff have seen her drop to the ground on several occasions. here are some pics of her. jenn
