.The Lake Champlain Forecast...

.TODAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots early this morning, becoming north
and increasing to 20 to 30 knots this afternoon. Waves 1 foot or
less early, building to 2 to 5 feet this afternoon. Snow
developing this afternoon with areas of blowing snow on ice
covered portions. Visibility unrestricted this morning, decreasing
to 1 mile or less this afternoon.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 knots, decreasing to 15 to
25 knots after midnight. Waves 3 to 6 feet, subsiding to 2 to 4 
feet late. Snow until midnight, then snow likely after midnight. 
Areas of blowing snow on ice covered portions. Visibility 1 mile 
or less at times.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 25 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet. Snow
likely with areas of blowing snow on ice covered portions. 
Visibility 1 mile or less at times.

.TODAY...Cloudy this morning, then summits in and out of clouds 
with snow this afternoon. Highs 11 to 18 above. Northeast winds 
10 to 20 mph this morning, becoming north and increasing to 40 to
50 mph this afternoon. Wind chill values in the mid teens below 
zero.
.TONIGHT...Summits in and out of clouds with snow until midnight,
then becoming cloudy with snow likely after midnight. Lows 5 below
to 15 below zero. Northwest winds 40 to 55 mph. Wind chill values
in the mid 40s below zero after midnight. 
.FRIDAY...Cloudy with snow likely. Temperatures steady from 5
below to 15 below zero. Northwest winds 35 to 50 mph. Wind chill 
values in the lower 50s below zero.
