Here in the southwestern most Vermont town the chickadees are present every day. When the ground is bare as it is just now I don’t seem to see as many juncos or goldfinches. The usual cast of characters……..Chickadee, Nuthatch, Titmice, Hairy, Downy, Red-bellied, Blue Jay, etc. are here off and on every day. The one species that is here in significantly lower numbers is the Mourning Dove.
