Unless you have zoning or some similar restrictions, I don't see how a town has the right to force someone to clean up their property

We had a pack rat in town….the insurance company told him to clean it up!
Talk with Wallingford….there was one on 103 that had so much stuff, it was all the way to the edge of the highway….problem was, it happened to be a renter.
