Call the UVM Extension Master Gardener Helpline!
They will tell you to seal up cracks and holes in the building, windows,
doors, etc. You spray the exterior at the end of September early October
and they will give you the recommendations for insecticides. Bug bombs do
not work and any indoor insecticides are not recommended.

You need Ectiban….powder, dissolve in water, backpack sprayer works good,
spray around all openings, windows doors etc. Must be done last week of
August….keeps the critters from coming in!
