Hello all,
I wanted to let everyone know that my DOCLINE account has been hacked.  Someone is taking my WIUSMM account and making it look like a Columbia College of Nursing (CCON) account.  Columbia St. Mary's is affiliated with CCON but I am the only one that has a DOCLINE account.  The requests look real but don't appear on my DOCLINE request lists.
PLEASE DO NOT FILL THESE REQUESTS.  Only fill a request if:

It is for:  Columbia St. Mary's - not the Columbia College of Nursing or CCON or St. Mary's Nursing etc.
Only email documents to:  [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>, no one else.
The only fax number you should send anything to is:  414-291-1281

If the request looks funny, please email or call me at 414-585-1626.
