Hello All,

I'm currently renewing my Journal subscription contract and one of the question on Atch 3 Market Research Wrksht refers to others points of view of services provided. The companies that I've completed my market research on and have asked for quotes from are EBSCO (which we've been using for years), WT Cox or COX Subscriptions, INC., and Complete Book & Media Supply, LLC. If any of you have had these contractors as your Journal subscription providers please send your views on how they've performed and the quality of service they provided. The feedback would be very helpful when I fight for my new Journal provider if that's the case. Below is the question from the Market Research Wrksht for you all to reference.
