Subject: [EXTERNAL] Trying to locate articles

Good Morning, all!
I have a patron at my hospital who is trying to locate information on whether or not IV lines started by emergency services should be switched out by ER personnel, once the patient is stable at hospital. Also, do these iV lines started by EMS have higher infection rates than IV lines started at the ER?
I have looked in the usual places, Clinical Key, Pub Med, and Google Scholar.
I found one article on Google Scholar from 1995, but obviously, it is out of date.
If anyone has access to any Pre hospital care/EMS journals and ER journals that might g=have this information, please let me know.
Thank you for your time.
