As you have no doubt noted, the "winged-warblers" are back.  Now is a 
good time to read, or read again, the article Vermont eBird has

The article will help you know what to look for if you see one of these 
birds, and what to do if you hear one but don't see it. There are 
detailed instructions as to how to report what you saw or heard.
