Hello birders,
We have just two more Eastern-whip-poor-will routes up for adoption - one
near Pawlet and the other s. of Brattleboro. Check out the map here:

Interested in conducting a surveys in May and June? Because this project
features a short list of birds that are relatively easy to learn to
identify, just about anyone can help. Keen listening, a vehicle to travel
between roadside survey points, and the willingness to survey after dark
are needed.
Visit our participate page at <

for more information and to contact Sara Carline.
Can’t quite find the time but you are watching birds and you’ve even
encountered an Eastern Whip-poor-will? You can still contribute extremely
valuable data on bird abundance and distribution. Add your sightings of
Whip-poor-wills and other birds to Vermont eBird <
http://ebird.org/content/vt/>, a project of the Vermont Atlas of Life <
http://val.vtecostudies.org/>.
Thanks!
Kent
