Join Audubon Vermont and The Nature Conservancy on Saturday June 2nd at TNC's Buckner Preserve in West Haven to survey shrubland habitats for Golden-winged Warblers and Blue-winged Warblers. The Buckner Preserve is known for its large concentration of these species as well as other priority birds. We will be dividing into approximately 7 teams to search pre-designated areas on the preserve. Prizes awarded for teams that find banded birds! There will be banding demonstrations at the beginning and end of the survey. The event is free but space is limited so please pre-register at the link below.
