Hi Jennifer!
We used an FTS Systems FC100 Flexi-Cool immersion
cooler with our dual-inlet Optima mass spec with
very few problems for 16 years before the mass
spec was moved to another institution. We had it
serviced once during that time when a small
amount of debris partially clogged its cooling
lines. Other than that one time, we never had an
issue with it reaching a temperature below -95°C.
FTS Systems products seem to be handled by SP Scientific now. See the link
