Finally, this morning there were thirteen Evening Grosbeaks beneath my feeders. They didn’t stay all that long and I feared that they were gone forever. Several hours later they flew in again, fed for a bit and left. Only time will tell whether or not they will stick around.
A few Tree Sparrows have shown up this morning as well, always a welcome sight.
