Our newly formed school district is looking to create two to three identical classrooms where a class could be taught by a teacher in one location, but participated in by students in our other schools. In addition, we are looking at recording these classes so that students unable to attend could watch the lessons and participate in online quizzes/tests, etc.
A few questions I would love some recommendations on:
1. What vendors have you used that installed the hardware/software needed for this type of setup? We are looking at the need for a projector, interactive whiteboard, speakers, cameras, microphones, etc. in addition to the software needed for collaboration, screen sharing, recording, etc.
2. What platforms would you recommend to facilitate the live classes (Google hangouts/meet, Skype, something else)?
3. What platform/LMS have you had success with delivering the entire class content?
