I got some good photos of (presumably) the same harrier yesterday afternoon. I'll ebird them once I get them off the camera.
I also just saw my FOY Great Blue Heron this morning, at the Grand Isle ferry landing.

Subject: Large flock of Red-winged Blackbirds
This morning in West Swanton at the corner of Church Rd and Rt 78, a very noisy flock of about 350 Red-winged Blackbirds, with at least 10 Common Grackles, 5 European Starlings, and a female Brow-headed Cowbird mixed in. As I watched the blackbirds, a FOY (for me) Turkey Vulture flew over.
Further down Church Rd, a male Northern Harrier flew across the road in front of my car.
Flocks of Canada Geese were seen in the area flying north (mostly) throughout the morning. Don't know where they'll find open water.
