The Mad Birders invite one and all to join them tomorrow Saturday May 11th at 8am for a bird walk in South Duxbury Vermont. The walk will feature trails through meadows and scrub and spectacular edge habitat for warblers and other migrating songbirds. From Route 100 in South Duxbury take Ward Hill Road uphill approximately two miles. At that point you will pass a house on the right, and a cabin uphill on the left. Look for a mailbox on the left that says PRATT. This walk is on property owned and maintained by Mad Birder Fred Pratt, known to many as Pipit. We will have binoculars, bird books and bird identification cards available for use. Trails may be muddy and birding should be fantastic.
