Dear Birders,

We are sorry to be the bearers of sad news, but our Uncle Al Merritt passed
away unexpectedly last Thursday May the 9th.  As per his wishes there will
not be a wake or memorial service. 

Birding was his life and we know he enjoyed interacting with each and every
one of you. He will be sadly missed.
