Late this morning Ken Copenhaver and I spotted 5 Ruddy Ducks at the St. Albans Town Beach across from the pull off at Black Creek WMA. Ken had seen two ruddies there yesterday. There were 3 males and 2 females in this group all in breeding plumage.
