As I understand it, the issue is that a certain number of libraries have to essentially pledge $250 each. My library generally keeps more than that in our EFTS account.  If we are in danger of coming up short, would it be useful for libraries who can to pledge more than that? It would certainly be worth another $250 to me and my Accounts Payable department to not have to go back to paper invoices.
