  Hi Mandy,

Screencast-o-matic is my favorite free video-capture software.

I have also successfully used Jing in the past, but it uses Adobe Flash, so
the parent company, TechSmith, is now recommending downloading and using
the "Launch Recorder" feature inside their Screencast product.
