Westford pays its Road Foreman an annual salary.  His salary for FY'20 is $73,903.  We have two road crew members.  One is earning $24.29/hour and the other $19.67/hour.  The FY'21 proposed budget includes a 3% increase for all employees (based partially on COLA).  We do not have a step system.

We are working on our budget for town meeting and would like to know what other towns are paying their Forman and road crew?  Also does everyone automatically give a cost of living raise or do you have some kind of step system?
