These days when I need to edit text inside an existing pdf, I have been
using the free and open source LibreOffice Draw. And it works on all
operating systems too.

    Our goal is to create PDF’s of documents for students to fill out
and sign, application process for studying abroad.  However, some of
these forms are already created in PDF format.  What application would
you suggest that can edit an existing PDF, and allow for the person
inputting their information  to then sign it and send back to us.
    Any and all suggestions appreciated.
