Wilmington is mostly outside with just a small building for the operator so he is keeping everyone out of his building and trying to keep them at arm's length. We are going to post a sign to that affect as well. The operator has hand sanitizer, gloves and bleach. We allow for cash or checks at the dump currently.

Subject: Transfer Station
Wondering what other Towns are doing to streamline transfer station activities?
Wallingford has provided gloves and hand sanitizers to employees and limited use of the facility to essential materials only - garbage, recycling and food scraps.
For towns that take punch cards, how are you handling this?
For towns that accept cash/checks, what are you doing?
