For what it's worth... UVM is using Screencast-O-Matic... No idea about cost or licensing...

I just stumbled across loom.com which is also going free for edu during school closures due to covid-19. This will record your web cam and even your screen. It looks pretty cool.

Just wondering people's thoughts on Screencastify or maybe another tool that teachers can use that have the same features. Teachers are looking at wanting to purchase licenses but at $29 a pop for a year it seems like it could get a little expensive.
