Apologies if this has already been addressed:

When using *Send To > Citation Manager> All Results > Create File*
I get a pop out message that says "Class not registered".   So I don't get
the nbib file on desktop to open and upload into EndNote.
I've tried all browsers.  Has anyone else experienced this?  What is the
fix?
