  Let me shamelessly self-advertize.  If you are continually
  researching a certain topic, and you are prepared to spend a bit
  of time on it every week, then opening a Biomed News report on
  it will save you time. You will select the papers manually,
  but the report will take account of all past selected and
  not-selected papers to produce you a selection of papers
  each week.

  Biomed News uses no searching whatsoever. It uses machine
  learning on entire PubMed records. It's a much more flexible
  approach. But: you still have to teach the machine what you
  want to see. That's what our users do. See
