I would appreciate your assistance in locating an article.
 
I have Part I of "An integrated approach for treating the OB patient:
treating the five diaphrams of the body." by Ken Johnson, D.O. which
appeared in the Winter 1991 issue of AAO Journal.
 
My user wants Part II.
 
The title "AAO Journal is not indexed in MEDLINE and is not on Serline.
It is also not available among the Hospital Libraries in Michigan.
 
I would appreciate receiving a copy by fax (517) 372-3041 A.S.A.P. for
one of our administrators.
