have been made to summarize or compile these experiences.  Well, here goes!
I have committed to writing a column to do just that for the fall issue of
National Network.  So my request is this, if you shared your experience here on
Medlib this year would you please be so kind to send me a message directly
answering the following questions?  Please send your responses to:

        1. Your name, and institution surveyed
        2. Date of the survey, and name of surveyor if known
        3. List three documents or tangibles that were requested or asked about.
        4. List three questions asked/ or concerns raised either by the reviewer
                or as a result of the survey.
 
I have already generated a list from the Medlib archive so would like to match
up responses to this request with your previous comments.
