INVITATION TO VERMONT TELECOMMUNICATIONS FORUM
The Vermont Department of Public Service, the Vermont
Telecommunications Council, and I are pleased to invite you to
a forum on Monday, March 20th to discuss the future of
telecommunications and computer networking in Vermont.
The forum will provide an opportunity to meet and hear
from industry and government leaders in telecommunications.
Speakers will discuss the vision of a future telecommunications
infrastructure and its importance in rural areas, the resources
available to support Vermont initiatives, and how to ensure
Vermonters have access to the increasing variety of
telecommunications services. A full agenda is attached.
The forum is free and open to all Vermonters, but space
is limited. The program will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. at the St. Michael's McCarthy Arts Center in Winooski. To
