These discussion lists have moved from a heavily loaded system called
Moose to a lightly loaded one called List, to give better performance
for Moose and faster deliveries for lists.
 
The cutover period is Sunday November 19 from 9:00AM - 12:00PM EST during
which time, list processing will be unavailable.  After this time send
postings to the new address:
 
     [log in to unmask]
 
(Replace "list-name" with the actual name of your list, like BACKS-L,
LEPC, UVMTODAY, etc.)
 
Send commands to unsubscribe, get help, review the list, or other such
requests to this new address:
 
     [log in to unmask]
 
If you send postings or commands to the old address on Moose after the
cutover, you will receive a short message pointing you to the new address. 
No need to re-subscribe, we will move the subscriber file and everything 
else over to the new List machine.

You may notice mail from a system called "elk". This system is the same
as "list".  Please send new postings to "list", but you may reply to
"elk" (or "list"), as in: [log in to unmask]
