Interesting proposal -- I like the idea of having a web-based
and searchable database. When the documents are short and to the
point, this is particularly useful; having to down load a whole
DOS manual just to find the correct instruction to format a
disk, for exazmple, would be somewhat counterproductive.

Lets explore some more !

I always wondered where these descriptions came from --
and now know -- the web server grabs the "title"
line from the html document -- so in the cases where the
title is descriptive, we have something that is doubly
useful.
