Seems to me I heard something about this at a Feingold Association meeting
(also known as Feingold PATH) several years ago.  You may want to see if you
can locate a local chapter.  There may also be something in Feingold's book:
 
   Feingold, Ben F.
   Why your child is hyperactive [by] Ben F. Feingold. [1st ed.]
   New York, Random House [1975]
 
The national Feingold Association used to put out a newsletter that may also
have some information.
