To other Web WHOLIS users (WHOLIS is the database of publications from the
World Health Organization...very handy)...

There seems to be a problem with Netscape 2.0 accessing WHOLIS. I can't
believe I was the first of 75 quadrillion Internet users to identify the
problem, but I seem to have been the first to tell WHO. The Website gurus
there tell me that Mosaic and earlier versions of Netscape do not have
problems, but Netscape 2.0 will not link to the full records--only to
the titles of the documents therein. Given the length and bureaucratic nature
of the titles, this is not a whole lot of help.

I'm passing this on so that you all can try for yourselves, and report
experiences to WHO. Maybe that will help to resolve the problem.
