Who needs a library when we have the internet?
Even if you were able to construct such a thing, given all the money, time
and equipment you could require for such a project, who would maintain the
resource once it was set up and you have retired? Do they really think
you can set it on automatic pilot and it will go in the right direction
like some kind of perpetual motion machine? Maybe hire a 'technician' to
keep things oiled up?
My sympathies to you and your unsuspecting clientele.
