What a massive undertaking! What is the scope of your list?
Do you want health care titles or non-health care titles?
Do you care what medium the vendor uses -- CD, dial-up, telnet,
or web sites?
Fee or free? (I noticed you said vendors -- but I continue to
be amazed at the full-text material available at single journal
or single publisher web sites --like Science,Nature or AMA.)
