Re Margo Coletti's query on SquareNote - I have a very computer-literate
correspondent on another listserv who downloaded SquareNote onto her
machine - she found she couldn't get it to work at all - also found that
coincidentally (?!) several other applications on her system were
suddenly not working properly or were not accessible at all.  She spent a
couple of days dumping SquareNote and getting everything back to normal.
